In 1992 I started my career in the furniture industry as a warehouse worker and delivery driver. From the first day, I knew that working with modern furniture was for me. After a few short years, I was promoted to the position of Sales Executive. It was at this time that the modern and contemporary furniture industry really started making sense to me. I began to notice that customers were passionate about their furniture. They wanted each piece to accurately reflect their individual styles and personalities. This passion was contagious, and it wasn't long before I was the top Sales Executive for my employer.

By the year 2000 I had developed such a loyal clientele that I was promoted to the position of Sales Manager. With my promotion came the opportunity to explore new avenues of development and customer service, and I knew then that it was only the beginning for me. There were still great things to come.

After catching wind of my track record for service and sales, one of the industry's top manufacturers asked me to assist in the opening of their company's flagship store in Manhattan, New York. It was in Manhattan that I gained a more complete understanding of the nuances involved in operating a world-class contemporary furniture business. After a few months, I decided that it was time to take my years of experience and start a store of my own: LUFOX.
