Returns

Returns (Terms and Conditions)

Important - It is critical that you do not sign the Bill of Laden (trucking company's receipt) until you or your recieving agent have completely inspected the furniture for damage. If your furniture is damaged in shipping, LUFOX will replace it free of charge.

If you are not satisfied - You have ten days to return your items for a full refund, minus a 20% restocking fee and return shipping charges, see below. You may not return an item because it is damaged in shipping. LUFOX will replace any damaged item free of charge. In addition, you may not return an item before it arrives because the order has been delayed in shipping. Custom orders do not qualify for a return.

Qualifying for a refund - In order to qualify for a refund your items must be returned in the original packaging. You are responsible for all shipping charges to return an item. Please notify LUFOX immediately if you plan on returning your purchase. You are not permited to return an item because it is delayed in shipping. You must wait for your replacement.

20% restocking fee - A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all returned items. You are required to pay the 20% restocking fee if you should cancel your order due to shipping delays.

You are responsible for shipping costs - When returning an item, you are responsible for the return shipping charges back to LUFOX.

Authorization from LUFOX - Contact us immediately if you plan on returning your purchase. We will give you detailed instructions on how and where to ship your items. LUFOX requires that you insure the items for full value before shipping.

Special order sales are final - No returns or refunds will be allowed on any special orders.

Color matching - Color matching is not a condition that qualifies for a return. Please request a fabric sample if you are concerned with fabric colors.
