Shipping (Terms and Conditions)

Important - Do not sign the Bill of Laden (freight company's receipt) until you or your receiving agent have completely inspected the furniture for damage. Make sure you list any visible or possible damage on the Bill of Laden. If your furniture is damaged in shipping, LUFOX will replace it free of charge, unless you or your receiving agent sign off as received in good condition. Do not feel pressured into signing the Bill of Laden if the items are possibly damaged.

Factory direct shipping - All items ship directly to you from the manufacturer's warehouse. Your purchase will ship out with a reputable freight company and then arrive at a terminal in your city or state. Charges are based on curbside delivery to a residential address. If you prefer to pick up the items directly at the warehouse, that option is available for a discounted price.

Residential delivery - If you choose to have your items delivered directly to your residential address, the process will occur as follows. Once the items arrive, the freight company will call you directly to schedule an appropriate delivery time. After delivery arrangements have been made, the driver will unload your shipment to the curbside of your residence.

Assembly - Minor assembly is required on some items. All tools are included with your order. Usually only a hex wrench and screwdriver are needed.

Delivery time - Delivery time depends on what you order. If your item is a platform bed or sofa bed, please allow three to four weeks for complete turn around. If you item is smaller, please allow one to two weeks.
